Bavaria china 21 piece tea set.  I don't know anything about this set, I am hoping someone can tell me about it.  I'm not sure if it's real?  Is that real silver?  When and where is it from?  Any information at all is very much appreciated.  Thank you.

This is a nice little Bavarian tea set the crown marking was used by a number of companies I'm not sure which one this is most of these tend to date from the 1930s. Sets like this did have a run up in value in the 1980s early 1990s but prices of since declined great deal we'd retail is something like this for about $150.
