Lamps like this are of two types, those that use an existing vase and re-purposed for use as a lamp and those vases that were originally made for use as a lamp . This one was is of the second type, the vase section made for use as a lamp base. Leviton made fixtures and lamp parts for the lighting industry, but did not make the lamps themselves. There is a good chance there is another marking on the base of the vase under the metal base that might indicate where the vase section was produced. Values tend to be very modest for these decorator lamps, I see them often at Value Village and other Charity shops for under $35.00,
