Beauty and the beast disney lithograph

Hi everyone. I have what u belive to be a rare beauty and the beast lithograph. I say rare as I cannot find this anywhere online. What I know: It's mounted on thick matting It's original it has a gold "commemorative lithograph disney store" with a mucky mouse head in the corner bottom left corner has the disney copyright this was acquired in the 90s Any help as to what it is and worth would be fantastic thank you
