Distinguishing marks
Hard wood.Hand carved.Curved Legs.3 drawers with original pulls.Dove tail on inside of drawers.Yellow finish with some gilding.
Condition
Good
Date Period
I think Louis XV looks like the style.
Weight
Very sturdy and solid.
History
Passed thru family.For sure great-grandmother who passed 1960.There are 2 of them as well as a smaller type dresser.

These are what generally

These are what generally referred to as "French Provincial", which is a rural form of Louis XV furniture. Pieces in this style have never really been out of production since the mid 1700's, the style being revived about every 30 years ;~). This set looks like a 1950's version, the small beside tables generally sell as is for about $350.00 each.
