Black Walnut Dining Room Set

Greetings All,

My wife and I have a six-chair dining room set made of black walnut.  A Seng Co (Chicago) metal handle can be found for locking the table in place when any of the three table leaves are not in use.  A buffet and a china cabinet are also included.  There is some topical wear on the table, several of the extension leaves and the buffet.  

Not sure if this would help, but we bought it from a friend that had it appraised for a value of $800 in 2008.  He did provide paperwork, although we are having a difficult time locating it.  We are hoping to get an appraisal for sale to either to a dealer or private purchaser.
