Brownfield & Sons Red Transferable Pitcher & Bowl. Pattern is Yesso. There are a couple of hairline cracks (shown in pictures). No chips.
Bowl is 15" wide by 5" tall.
Pitcher 8" wide by 10" tall.

The marking on this one date 1871-91, it's pretty typical of Staffordshire ironstone and earthenware wash basin sets made during the period. Sadly values for them have declined a great deal since their peak in the late 1980's, comparable piece now often sell for under $100.00 at auction.
