These porcelain coaches are generally from the Dresden area of Germany, famous for porcelain and being fire bombed into the bare ground in World War Two. This one looks like a model of the marriage coach of Napoleon the 1st These were expensive pieces when first made, and even at auction in todays declining economy often sell for over $1000.00 at auction.
