chest with secret drawer

inherited this chest from my brother,inside dimensions 19 inches long, 10 inches wide,7.5 inches deep. has secret drawer, opens from inside at bottom by pulling up on a knurled knob,has 2 sliding drawers. dovetailed,do not know what type of wood it is made from,had it appraised on line which i paid for appraiser told me it was a factory made tool box,to me it appears to be hand made.it is fairly heavy for it's size .Over the years i have scoured the internet,lots of antique guides have never come across any chest resembling it or similar to it. i am interested in selling it but have no idea of what it is worth any help would be greatly appreciated
