child's baptism ring

By vallejo22, 28 December, 2008
Description

The ring has a repeating floral pattern on the outside. The inside has a worn inscription which possibly reads "KiddieKraft 14k". The bottom half of each letter is worn away. "Kiddie..." is the clearest inscription. The ring has been in the Boston area for, at least, four generations of Baptisms. That would put it back to about the turn of the century. It is probably in its original box which has the A. Stowell & Co Boston inscription.
