chinese art poem

This was given to me as a gift, but was folded.  It was painted by a popular Chinese artist, I'm not sure when, at the opening of a business where the artist had attended for some publicity for the businessman.  It was passed down to the man's son, along with another painting of bamboo (the two paintings were done at the same time), and then given to myself.  I aquired the paintings within the last ten years, and would appreciate any information regarding them.  Pictures of the other painting are available upon request.
