This is a guess based on some googling that it is a hand painted Wan Yu mark from somewhere around the 1920’s to 1970’s. This page https://watersilkdragon.wordpress.com/2015/12/07/deconstructing-the-rice-grain-pattern-late-qing-to-prc/ Has quite a bit on that type of plate.
