It's most likely a Japanese woodblock print on paper, and based on the style could be an original 1800 print or an early to mid 1900s re-print.  It will be worthless (from a collector's standpoint) if it is indeed ink and paint work by a Chinese artist with a painted seal stamp.

what is the condition?  Is the medium paper? is it completely glued or partially taped on the edges to the board?  Was it framed? How did you acquire, from whom and when?  Can you take a photo of the back of the actual print?

If it's a woodblock and you don't have a solid provenance then it's most likely a re-print or re-cut possibly pre or post WWII, and would retail anywhere from $30~$80 depending on condition.

Let me know the answers to my questions above and how much you're asking.

Best of luck.
