Cigar Store Indian

This is a 6 foot Cigar Store Indian made out of solid wood.  It is extroirdinarily heavy.  I do not know where it was purchased or how old it is - I recieved it from an ex-brother in law who has since passed away. The colors are muted unlike similar ones I have seen in this pose. I would like to know if this is an original or a reproduction and the approximate value. Any other information on this would be appreciated.
