I found this piece in a room tucked away. Who is the Artist and what is it's valve? If anyone can shed some light on this piece, please help. It is an oil painting and on the back it reads:

Artist still alive -lives in Rhode Island
I'm not sure how old this piece is so the Artist may not still be alive.
