Based on info here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enoch_Wedgwood and other cups and saucers I’ve seen online https://www.etsy.com/listing/810605846/vintage-blue-and-white-enoch-wed… my guess is that yours was made in 1965 as the 66 - 68 have a more modern look. Those sell for about $10. Not sure if yours would be worth more as it has the decoration inside the cup and a fancier handle and just a more charming old fashioned feel. Hopefully someone has better info and can give you better price info.
