Curved chair with beautiful wood

Hi everyone, I hope someone will help me find out more about this chair. I found it at the road and I fell in love and I plan on giving it a new life but it will be my first project but I do not know anything about furniture ...can someone please tell me what kind of chair is this be called and what style is it and especially what year approximately was it made?
