Czechoslovakian tea set?

Looking for ANY infomation on this partcial tea (coffee?) set. very grateful for any help. It's dainty little cups and saucers, with a milk jug, if there was sugar bowl it has gone and there is still a tea/coffee pot (located in spain at the moment) but it is very badly damaged. has a jade green band around it with gold edging and small flowers. each piece has an impressed number of 291, it says made in czechoslovakia, has a makers mark in green with a crown floating over 3 initals- possibly- JLS??
