Description
The top handle is engraved "Little Pet" and there are leaves and other markings on the top handle. There is also something that looks like a devil with a beard and mustache or possibly another animal with ears, beard, and mustache toward the tip of handle right above the monogram
The back handle has a few leaves as well as engraved: PAT 1866 or 1868, D. Kinsey, and STERLING.
