I believe this is a vanity but I'm not too sure because of the weird depths of the inside that make me think something is missing.

im curious as to the type of the wood this is as well as the year.

stamped on the bottom is " 607-310-2 American Treasury by Drexel 2-62"

im assuming "2-62" could be a date of feb 1962?

any identification help would be much appreciated!

any idea of a value would be even better but not totally necessary.
