AI Appraisal

Description I was given these dunlap hair shears by my grandmother and don't know much about them. They look to be of normal shape and size for hair shears. The interesting thing to me is the design on the handle. It has small circles on the grips and the finger holes have small dashes outlinging them. I can't find any info on these either.
