I have a EDNA HIBEL UNIQUE AND OIL PAINTING, that was given to me from a family member that past away a couple of years ago. this picuture is on hardboard i donot see any damaged except for the edges on the frame itself. i measured picture with out frame at 40" long and 27" 1/2 wide.i would like to know its correct value if sold at a auction or for private sale.
