Oval serving dish maybe large enough to be a covered casserole dish, white with small blue floral design across the top of the front and back of the dish and on lid as well. The dish has ornamental ruffled handles on either side and a similar but more simple shape to the base and handle on the lid. The blue stamp has a large vase with two words stamped inside that read "---- Vitreous" after a little research I can only assume is "semi-vitreous" and a strip of diamonds across the top and bottom of vase and then reads "Edwin M Knowles China Co." There are a chips and blemishes on the under side of the lid around the edge but no major flaws or damage. I will try to upload pictures or can send them on request. I appreciate any information you can give me about this piece.
