Description

I found this painting in the top of a trash can outside a neighbor's house, it's a nice painting of a young boy and girl sitting on the beach holding hands, andd the girl has a doll in her left hand. the painting is kind of dirty, which makes me think it may be a couple decades or so old, but I really have no idea. If anyone had any idea who the artist is or what, if anything, the value might be your input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
