I have a 2 light silver-plated candelbra stamped Elkington & Co. The other stamps look like this http://www.silvercollection.it/ELK1906.jpg which lead me to believe it was made in 1900.
It has a weight to it but I have no scales to accurately weigh it, but I would guessimate to be 2Kg.
