A vegetable and gravy bowl manufactured between 1946 to 1949. It is the La Reine mold manufactured by Efchenbach in Windischeschenbach Germany. After production Porzellan Fischer must have bought these and then decorated the blank piece's to a pattern for them to resell. I checked with Replacements Inc. to try and get more information on the two pieces I have, and what I learned is they also could not find any information on the Porzellan Fischer Company and that most likely these were specialty piece's. They could have been made for one special order or many. Due to the destruction of the company grounds during World War II and losing all china designs, brochures, leaflets and nearly all company documents and correspondence, to get production on the way again, the factory used molds from the Porzellan-Manufaktur in Allach-München G.m.b.H. that was ran by the S.S. and closed at the end of the war. Almost all molds were of mostly ornamental plates and tableware. This was also a US Zone at that time.
