Description It looks to be Austrian. A female goat farmer is herding three goats through a mountain pass. The artist's name has faded and is difficult to read. The F. is distinct. But the last name is either Pi.... or Li.... The date is for sure 1911 also. Any information would be helpful. Mainly seeking the artists name or if they have other paintings that I could seek out to obtain for my collection.
