fountain w/ Cherubs and Victorian fancy lights

Need help trying to fiqure out the value of this piece.  I cannot find anything that even compares to this fountain.  3 Cherubs with fish that stream water ( 2 copper streams) into this beautiful fountain..3 very detailed brass or copper Victorian lights that lights up each churub.  Churubs look to be cement ..Came from a estate in Detroit  MI... I was told it came out of Rosa Parks estate but I cannot confirm that.  Piece is marked but I cannot make out the markings... Please help me determine what the value is...I have been trying to do alot of research but nothing compares ....  very odd piece...help!
