Gold Coloured Enamel Pendant

Picked this up in a charity shop thinking it was Italian Mosaic but when I got it home discovered it was enamel, its about 9cm long from bail to the drop. there is some wear as bit of enamel is missing and there should of been a central drop as well. I think it maybe pichback as its not bright gold colour. I have no idea about this pendant could be old could be more modern. I have looked on auction website to see if I can find anything similar but can't seem to find anything. I have to say the more I look at it the better it is. There are what look like tiny opals on it (guessing they are glass) - also some different coloured gem stones which again could be glass -
