I think it’d be described as a gilt Louis the XV style chair, a popular style. I found a similar, bit fancier one with a tassel pattern here https://www.1stdibs.com/furniture/seating/lounge-chairs/antique-french-louis-xv-style-gold-gilt-parlor-arm-lounge-chair/id-f_17285772/ Looking for sold ones on eBay I could not find a sold for price but instead found best offer accepted. I’m not an expert, just googled stuff. I’d guess it’s value would be from $100 - $150 but that is only a guess based on the sold eBay ones and maybe it has more value if it’s a true antique.

Chair made in the style of French antique examples have never really been out of production since the originals were made in the mid 1700's. The style has been revived many times, the late Victorian period, the 1930's, the 60's and again in the early 1990's. most like this one tend to date from the 1930's and often sell for under $150.00. Older examples seell for more, but it would require a physical examination to determine the vintage of this one.
