Grandmother's China Set - Partial

I've had this partial set of China around since my grandmother passed a long time ago. It has 6 saucers, 2 tea cups, a cream and sugar server and the teapot. I also have another of a different set that is equally as pretty. Not sure where exactly they are from but I do know that they are hand painted and each is just a little different. The are are very light porcelin. Just looking for any onfo on the set. Does the partial set have value? What region is this from?
