Based on the images of the marking, your piece post dates 1930. A number of potteries were making Dickens Ware at this time, following the success of Royal Doultons line of Dickens Ware. Pieces by other companies such as Grimwades sell for less than examples by Doulton. Your piece would sell for about forty dollars.

Jewellery may be made from a wide range of materials, but gemstones, precious metals, beads and shells have been widely used. Depending on the culture and times jewellery may be appreciated as a status symbol, for its material properties, its patterns, or for meaningful symbols
