This is an example of "White Ware", most of it made either in Austria or Limoges France. There were many factories doing business in Limoges, France at the turn of the last century through to the 1930's that sold undecorated pottery and porcelain blanks to Decorating studios that would paint them and resell them. Demand for porcelain like this last peaked during the late 1980's and has been in decline since that time. Most comparable plates go at auction often for under $25.00.
