Handmade one of a kind Hutch Desk - c.1930's??

Description

This item is priceless to me but I would like to know value, if any. It has some condition issues. Mainly scratches and some carvings on the inside. The legs are a bit wobbly now also.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hand made by my Great-grandfather. According to his daughter, my grandmother, it was made by him before she was born so sometime during the early thirties. However, I am not 100% certain of this.
