The item is a tie tack that my grandfather, who passed away in 1999, received for 35 years of service with Hanes Hosiery in WInston Salem, NC. It seems to have two authentic diamonds with a ruby in the center and the old Hanes logo in gold on the pin. The inscription on the back reads CTC 10k. Please let me know what value this item has.
