Description
We were told by a Howard Fogg collector that it was indeed a original and it should be estimated around 3000.00 to 5000.00. We are unable to find this particular train, we have found all the others he has painted. I just wondered if this one did not get completed or accepted. There are no markings on the back only brown stains where it was once framed. This is all we know. I can provide more pictures if needed.
