Japanese speaking 60-70 Sega Black Jack machine electro mechanical.

All writing is in japanese except the model number bs-1020. Works. I dont know what else to tell except I called Sega- and even they were unaware of this machine. e lights work. speaks japanese. I was toldit was sent from japan to oakland ca in the 60's. It had two glass faces 1 in english 1 in japanese. The japanese glass was ruined and got broke.  We werebtold the fact that it speaks japanese made it rarer.. but were trying to figure out anything.  Thanks.
