The only clue I have to it being a tea set is the strainer, though I may have that wrong. The kanji on the bottom is translated to fotou, or pier/wharf/quay. It has cherry blossom trees and two birds, and a crackling on the background. I've done as much research I can with Google and cannot find any information. With the bottom being a sticker, I assume is newer but I'd like more information on the maker and the history of this and even possibly the value. Thank you to anyone that can help!
