This is a very nice French crystal regulator. It dates to the late 19th century or the early 20th century. It has nice detail and is in fine condition. The case material is brass as is the plates of the movement. I collect these clocks and have a website docsclocks.com . Visit it and see more. It would bring $450-$500 at auction--considerably more at retail.
