Description
The upholstry (rust colored)has no tears or rips; some light wear areas on arm rests to both the upholstry and (light colored) wood (with dark) finish/stain. The finish/stain on the caning is also worn in some areas. Significant damage to right-side caning, presumably by a cat. If not for the right side wear & damage this piece would be in mint condition.

I Aquired this item in AZ with estate. The original owner purchased the house in 1940's - item can be seen in pictures dated back to mid-late 50's.
