Description

Item has been in the loft for many many years and is extremely dirty.
Mark on base S with a cross and GDR appears to be Kister but I can’t find anymore information about this item.
There is a rose missing from the base but other than that appears to be complete.
I would love to know more and whether it’s worth getting cleaned up or is it a piece of rubbish.
