Knickerbocker Stuffed Dancing Animal

I bought this item at a Thrift Shop.  It is a Knickerbocker Stuffed Dancing Animal.  Has Brownish orange fur, yellow yarn for hair 3 orange ribbons and looks to be a Gingerbread Girl. Tag says made in Japan.  It is in excellent Condiiton.  The box is in poor condition.  I was wondering not only what its value might be but also around what year it is from or made.
