I can't find this lamp online but I'd call it rococo style and guess that is was made in the 1950's. Just for center painting design look at this lamp https://www.ebth.com/items/10359834-rococo-style-porcelain-table-lamp-with-transfer-print-after-fragonard that's the rococo style.

Does the lamp have any markings (text or images) at all on the bottom of the base?

Most of these date from the second quarter of the 20th century, if there are any markings they will be under the base plate. Most of the ceramic vases used were from Europe and Japan in the late 1920's through to WW2.
