Description
I believe the base is brass with fish supporting another smaller base which supports the main lamp of Royal blue/yellow and gold ceramic (porcelain?) I have a pair of them. Fiials and shades not original.

My Grandmother bought it in NYC in the 50's or earlier. I don't have any more information, she died 10 years ago at the age of 96.
