History
Given to parents in 1950's. Thought to be from Sweden. (?) It was used in family cabin until 70's when it was given to me. It had alot of water damage to veneer top and was stained VERY dark. I realize that I've ruined it's value by refinishing. Didn't know any better at the time. Still ... I am curious to know more about this table and what value it may have.

Your table is a late 19th
Your table is a late 19th Century piece, often referred to as a " Hunzinger Type", after a American furniture maker named Hunzinger who was famous using spiral twist and bobbin turnings on his furniture. Currently examples in need of a little "TLC" sell for about $350.00.

Hunzinger "TYPE" .. but not
Hunzinger "TYPE" .. but not one of his works? I searched the internet for examples and found many chairs and tables. Yes, the pieces had quite elaborate turnings .. but none that looked like mine ... and I saw no glass ball & claw feet.Â
I am inserting a picture of a table I found that has the exact same feet as my table. The dealer didn't identify the piece. What do you think?Â
