Lisogorsky Women's Hat

Found this Hat at a tag sale. All Vintage Clothing from Grandmother. Hat is in Excellent Condition and Looks very well made. I have no Idea how old it is or it's worth. The Women told me it was her Grandmothers house and the hat was stored in a hat box in here Closet. I found some Vintage clothing dating back from the 1920's-40's. But Can't find any info on the Web about this hat. I found a Yulia Lisogorsky whom made a hat for a model in a picture. But that's it.
