Two bottom drawers are long; the two top drawers span halfway across dresser and meet halfway.

You've pretty much pegged it for identification, it's Federal Revival and dates from th second quarter of the 20th century. Vlaues depend a lot on the condition of the finish. Weretail comparables with avery good finish for under $500.00.
