Description I am wondering if this is a Russel Wright chair? there are no makers marks on it If it is a RW what would be its approx value if not approx value as a MCM chair I know zero about it it was given to me

Can't say for sure, a lot of the Mid Century modern furniture is generic, knock off's of well known designers like Russel Wright. His Heywood-Wakefield designs are well-known, but they do not bear any label or decal mark. Originally called Streamline Maple, the pieces were made from maple in amber or bleached finish. The pieces have simple, solid straight-line construction. The original Russel Wright furniture pieces for Conant Ball Furniture Company have a maker's decal mark, usually in black.
