Mid century chromcraft chair w/ signature

Chromcraft mid century fiberglass chair. Has some scratching and a couple of small holes in the arms. It also has a signature and handwritten model number (I think) on the underside of the seat. Would like to know the value, but really want to know about the signature. Who is it from?
