I found a box of silver plate pieces. One is sort of creamer pot I guess and has “Middletown Plate Co 1203 hard white metal” stamped on the bottom. Other than a bit tarnished, it’s in very good condition. Is there any value to this?

Unfortunately, silver plated items have very little value. You are missing the teapot, sugar bowl, waste bowl and tray. I'd say about $5.00 at a vintage store is the value. Give it a polish and arrange a little posy from your garden for your breakfast table and enjoy it. I think it's lovely.
