This lamp is so beautiful with a tree and plants and a pot with flowers in it, a man in a suit copper color and a woman on a swing, chains for the ropes, she's wearing a gown looks like 1950 ish.Never seen a lamp like this one, and the lampshade is beaded white color with puffy like pillows inside victorian style.

Re: Most Beautiful Lamp

These lamps are quite modern, most are Italian and postdate World War Two. They've never really been out of production since that time, large numbers of them were made during the 1980's. They don't sell very well in the Secondary market, about $200.00 at auction to someone who doesn't know what they are bidding on ;~)

Re: Most Beautiful Lamp

As an Appraiser I probably see about 50 of these figural lamps a year ;~) Most have been in hiding at "Grandma's house" for the last 50 years, in attics, spare bedrooms, basements etc. thwy are all coming out of the woodwork now as seniors pass on or downsize to smaller accomodations.
